is hard. This second round of it has reminded me how difficult it feels to separated from loved ones. The dark and short days have made it feel like I am trapped indoors. I have had to work hard to keep my spirits up and look after myself and my family.
To help me get through it I created a self care check list that I can use to make sure I look after myself and I thought that you might appreciate it too!
Go ahead and print this off and have it somewhere that you can see it every day. Use it as a little self care accountability reminder.
At the same time remember that lockdown is temporary . This will soon be over and you can do hard things! Use this time to slow life down and take care of yourself and remember that you are not alone. Please reach out to me if you need to.
